Beykoz was the district whose real estate market was most affected by the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge. According to the data, the average price per square meter increased by 55.7 percent in Çatalca, 17 percent in Sarıyer, 89.9 percent in Arnavutköy-Hadımköy and 77.5 MyTech, percent in Beykoz.
